The flavor profile is epic, and I’ve tried it on just about every protein, and even on eggs. It’s hard for me to say it’s my favorite over Cattle Call…but it is. Still LOVE and use Cattle Call a lot!
I love coffee but haven't found a good coffee rub until this. This one isn't straight coffee, and its not chunky like I'm sucking on the bottom of a pourly-filtered cup of joe. It's smooth, balanced, with a little sweet and a punch of spice that makes it really interesting. I hope they keep it around
