Shipping policy
- Shipping charges will apply for all shipments unless otherwise noted.
- All orders should ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the purchase page. We do our best to exceed these timelines, but this process can be slowed down during our busy seasons.
- Expect shipping delays around all major holidays.
- Ground parcel shipments can be expected to arrive in 3-7 days from the day that the order ships, depending on your location. Inclement weather or other events may cause delays in shipping. We will not provide refunds due to shipping delays caused by natural events or transportation issues.
- Ground parcel shipments will be left by your front door or in your mailbox by the carrier. If the parcel was delivered, but the package is not visible, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Fire Wrangler is not responsible for package theft.
- Once the item leaves our warehouse, it’s out of our hands. Meaning that we trust that the carrier company we have chosen will do its best to deliver your order in a timely manner.
