Trailblazer BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • White Vinegar: 1/2 cup

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 ½ cups

  • Ketchup: 1 ½ cups

  • Brown Sugar: 3 tablespoons

  • Molasses: 3 tablespoons

  • Light Corn Syrup (optional): 1 tablespoon (for added texture)

  • Tapatio Hot Sauce: 2 tablespoons

  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 teaspoon

  • Soy Sauce: 1 teaspoon

  • Fire Wrangler Trailblazer Pitmaster Blend: 4 teaspoons

Directions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, mix together all ingredients: both vinegars, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, corn syrup (if using), Tapatio hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Fire Wrangler Trailblazer Pitmaster Blend.

  2. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a simmer over low to medium heat. Allow it to cook for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

  3. Strain (Optional): For a smoother texture, pour the sauce through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any solids.
