Slice this flavorful smoked meat loaf and serve it hot. Pair it with your favorite sides for a hearty meal that your family and friends will love!

Cattle Call Smoked Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger

  • 1 small can of tomato sauce with garlic

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 2 tsp Cattle Call All-Purpose seasoning

  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs or more if too moist

  • ½ cup fine chopped mushrooms

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape in a 1lb loaf pan.

  2. Setup smoker for a 350 degree indirect cook.

  3. Cook for 70-90 minutes.

  4. Glaze with your favorite BBQ sauce and place back on smoker for 10 minutes to let sauce set.
